You don't come here to become another woman.
You come here to remember who you were
before you believed you weren't enough.
You get your
life back.
The one you had been putting off for years.
You reclaim
your power.
The power you had spent years surrendering to fear, guilt, and the need to be enough.
You understand yourself.
You learn to give space to your emotions. To understand and hold them with compassion.
Your mind
finds calm.
You leave comparisons and judgments behind. You stop living focused on the mirror and reclaim your space.
Eating becomes a pleasure again.
Not a negotiation. Not a punishment. Not a battle.
Your body becomes your safe place again
Not something to hide. Not something to control. A place to live.
I know how it feels
My name is Yolanda, creator and founder of *Hambre de Mujer*, and for over a decade, I have been guiding thousands of women around the world to heal their relationships with their bodies, food, and themselves.
But before becoming a guide, I was—and remain—a student of my own journey.
I know what it is like to feel disconnected from your body, living a life driven by control, guilt, and the pressure to meet impossible standards.
I know what it is like to look outward for validation, forgetting that true power has always resided within.

It was never about you.
But rather the way you were taught to see yourself and relate to the world.
This is your moment.
Let’s do this together.
How can I assist you?

Women who have confident in myself

I arrived feeling broken and disconnected. I was punishing my body, eating out of guilt, and hating every change I saw in the mirror. With Yolanda, I discovered something no one had ever taught me: my body wasn't broken, I was just disconnected from myself. To feel again, to listen to myself, to inhabit myself…
It has been the most profound transformation of my life. I no longer need to control food or fight with my body. I feel peace. I feel at home. I feel empowered.

I thought my problem was willpower. Today I know it was my nervous system in survival mode. The regulation exercises and support allowed me, for the first time, to eat without anxiety, without binge eating, and without guilt.
My body didn't just change on the outside: it changed on the inside. I feel calm, clear, and present. It's the first time in years that I've trusted my body.

I used to live a life of dieting and binge eating. I couldn't go a week without obsessing over food. I can say that my relationship with food is completely different now: I eat freely, I listen to my true hunger, I stop eating when I'm full without forcing myself… and I do it without thinking, without fighting it.
My energy is stable, my digestion has improved, and I finally feel like I have a healthy relationship with myself. Thank you, Yolanda. It was an awakening.
